Qualification:  As per Govt. O.M. No. AHE.407/2017/44 dated 08.11.2018. The candidates must have minimum 55% marks (relaxation of 5% may be provided for the SC/ST/PWD category) at the Master Degree level in the concerned subjects. The candidates must have cleared the NET/SLET/SET. Candidates having a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulation, 2009 shall be exempted from NET/ SLET/SET. A relaxation of 5% may be provided to the Ph.D. degree holders, who have obtained their Master's Degree prior to September 19, 1991. The candidates must have PRC and must know the local language.
