Applications in standard form are invited from eligible candidates who are a citizen of India for filling up of the vacant post of DEPUTY CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS (single cadre post –unreserved) in the office of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

Qualifications :
i) Uniformly good academic career having at least Higher 2nd Class Master Degree in Science stream from a recognized University under UGC
ii) Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Govt./ provincialized/recognized Higher/Senior Secondary Schools and affiliated Degree Colleges/Professional colleges.

Desirable: Candidates should have experience in computer knowledge and examination related works.
Age: Applicants must not be less than 35 years and more than 45 years as on the last date of submission of application.

Salary: Pay Band of Rs. 30000-110000 and Grade Pay of Rs. 14500/- p.m. plus other allowances as admissible as per rule. Please note that pay and allowances admissible for the post shall be as per ROP, 2017, Govt. of Assam.

Application Fee: Applications for the post must be supported by copies of testimonials/certificates duly self-attested accompanied by a Bank Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred) only (nonrefundable) drawn in favour of the Secretary, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council. Application fee in case of OBC/ MOBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates is Rs. 200/-
