Name Of Posts:

PMAY-U Post Vacancies:

1. City Project Manager-Civil Works

No Of Posts: 12 nos

Qualification: Post Graduate/Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized university or institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

Experiences: 

• Minimum 3 years working experience with industry or Government sector 
• Fluency in the local language is essential.
• Experience in Direct Benefit Transfer(DBT) mission will be preferred.

Salary: 

• Rs. 45,000/- per month for Post Graduate Degree holders. (In select ULB-DA Only)
• Rs. 35,000/- per month for Bachelor Degree holders.
• Rs. 25,000/- per month for Diploma holders.

Age: 27-45 yrs

2. City Project Manager-MIS

No Of Posts: 14 nos

Qualification: MCA/ B.Tech (CSE/IT)/BE (CSE/IT)/ Diploma (CSE) with minimum 60% in qualifying exam from a recognized university or institution.

Experiences: 

• Minimum 3 years working experience with industry or Government sector in a similar job profile.
• Fluency in the local language is essential.
• Experience in the DBT mission will be preferred.

Salary: 

• Rs. 45000/- per month for Post Graduate Degree holders.
• Rs. 35000/- per month for Bachelor Degree holders.
• Rs. 25,000/- per month for Diploma holders.

Age: 27-45 yrs

3. Project Associate

No Of Posts: 08 nos

Qualification: 

• Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university Knowledge of Computer applications.
• Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE is also valid.

Experiences: 

• At least 1 year of experience in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.
• Candidates well versed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.

Salary: Rs 25,000/- per month

Age: 23-40 yrs

AMRUT Post Vacancies:

4. City Project Manager-Civil Works

No Of Posts: 01 nos

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university or institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

Experiences: 

• Minimum 3 years working experience with industry or government sector with a similar job profile.
• Fluency in the local language is essential
• Experience in Urban Infrastructure Project mission will be preferred

Salary:  

• Rs. 45000/- per month for Post Graduate Degree holders.
• Rs. 35000/- per month for Bachelor Degree holders.

Age: 27-45 yrs

5. City Project Manager-Finance

No Of Posts: 01 nos

Qualification: Post Graduate in Finance/MBA in Finance/HR with a minimum of 60% in qualifying exam from a recognized university or institution.

Experiences: 

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance, PFMS, EAT, Accounting & MIS System, etc.
• Fluency in the local language is essential.
• Prior Experience in PFMS, GeM Portal, E-tendering, E-Procurement, Project Finance, and Management & experience in Urban Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Expertise in preparation of DPR, Financial Tenability & Viability Analysis of Projects.

Salary: Rs. 45000/- per month.

Age: 27-45 yrs
