West Assam Milk Producers' Co-operative Union Ltd. (WAMUL) has been formed by the Government of Assam, with an aim to promote dairying as a source of livelihood in the rural parts of the State and propel Assam towards self-reliance in milk and milk products. WAMUL is looking for candidates for the positions of Executive Projects -Mechanical/ Electrical purely on contractual basis for the World Bank Financed ‘Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project’ (APART).

Name Of Posts: 

1. Executive Projects (Civil)

No of posts: 01 nos

Qualification: BE/ B Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil construction/ consultancy. Must have hands-on experience in the execution of RCC Framed structures with special finishes like Epoxy, PU, etc. Construction industry experience in Civil works execution. Site posting/ project co-ordination from office.

Other Qualification: 

Technical Skills / Attributes  

MS Office

Engineering subject knowledge

Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques, as well as AUTOCAD.

Should have knowledge of IS codes specific to civil works

Basic contract and law knowledge

Managerial Skills / Attributes

Networking skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Structured, systematic and organized, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Analytical skills, Works independently and professionally with little supervision

Age: The maximum age limit for the position(s) is 35 years (As 01 January 2020).

Salary: Approximately Rs. 5 Lacs per year

2. Executive -Projects (Mechanical/Electrical)

No of posts: 02 nos

Qualification: BE/ B Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Mechanical/Electrical domain of projects. Construction industry experience in Industrial Project works (preferably in a dairy/ food industry) with Site posting/project co-ordination from office.

Other Qualification: 

Technical Skills / Attributes:

Shall possess knowledge of relevant fabrication, construction works and should have knowledge in reading engineering drawings, as well as AUTOCAD.

Should be familiar with relevant statutory guidelines, IS codes, IEC / IEEE codes, knowledge in service requirements and aware of good engineering practices.

MS Office.

Basic contract and law knowledge.
