Name Of The Posts : 

1. Principal Library and Information Officer, National Library, Kolkata, Ministry of Culture 

No Of Posts : 01 nos (UR-01)

Qualification : 

(i) Master’s degree of a recognized university or equivalent; 

(ii) Master’s degree in Library Science of a recognized university/institute or equivalent.

Experience : Twelve years working experience in a recognized Library including experience in administration.

Pay Scale : Level-13 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.

Age : 50 years.

2. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Endocrinology), Railway Board, Ministry of Railways 

No Of Posts : 03 nos (ST-01, OBC-01, UR-01) 

Qualification : 

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

(ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D/ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Endocrinology) from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience : Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D.

Pay Scale : Level-12 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. 

Age : 45 years

3. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Gastroenterology), Railway Board, Ministry of Railways

No Of Posts : 05 nos (SC-01, OBC-01, EWS-01, UR-02)

Qualification : 

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

(ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D./ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Gastroenterology) from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience : Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D.

4. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Gastro-Intestinal Surgery), Railway Board, Ministry of Railways

No Of Posts : 01 nos (UR-01)

Qualification : 

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

(ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D./ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. M.Ch. (Gastro-Intestinal Surgery) or M.S.(General Surgery) with two years special training in a department of G.I. Surgery from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience : Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D. 

Pay Scale : Level-12 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. 

Age : 45 years. 

5. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Nephrology), Railway Board, Ministry of Railways

No Of Posts : 05 nos (SC-01, OBC01, EWS-01, UR-02).

Qualification : 

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

(ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D. / M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Nephrology) from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience : Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D.

Pay Scale : Level-12 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. 

Age : 45 years. 

6. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Neurology), Railway Board, Ministry of Railways 

No Of Posts : 07 nos (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02, EWS-01, UR-02).

Qualification : 

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

(ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D./ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Neurology) from a recognized University or Speciality Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (USA) or equivalent.

Experience : Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D.

Pay Scale : Level-12 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. . General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. 

Age : 45 years. 

7. Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Special Education (MR/ID), Government Rehabilitation Institute for Intellectual Disabilities, Department of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Administration 

No Of Posts : 02 nos (UR-02).

Qualification : 

(i) Master’s Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks. 

(ii) M.Ed. Degree in Specific Disability (Mental Retardation/ Intellectual Disability) area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade B+ in 10-point scale of UGC. OR An equivalent Degree from a foreign University recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

(iii) Valid registration with RCI under section 19 of RCI Act, 1992.

Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs.6000/- (Pre Revised). General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non Ministerial. 

Age : 45 years.
