1. Assistant Professor in Teacher Education

Essential Qualifications :
(i) A Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point based scale wherever grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject and M.Ed. Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point based scale wherever grading system is followed).
OR
Master’s Degree in Education with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point based scale wherever grading system is followed) and B.Ed/M.Ed. Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point based scale wherever grading system is followed).
(ii) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.

Desirable :

• Ph.D. in Education
• Proficiency in both Assamese and English language. 

Scale of pay : Rs. 57,700 – 1, 82,400 (Academic Level 10) (Pay to be fixed as per the UGC guidelines and fixation formula)
Maximum Age : As per State Government rule

2. P.S. to Register
No Of Posts : 01 nos
Essential Qualifications : 
i) Graduate with a minimum speed of 140 and 40 words per minute in short hand and typewriting respectively.
ii) At least 10 years experience in University system.
iii) Adequate knowledge in computer

Scale of pay : Rs. 30,000-1,10,000/- +GP Rs. 14,500

Age : Minimum 30 Years
