Applications in prescribed form are invited from the citizen of India for the filling up of the following posts in various Departments of Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankaradeva Viswavidyalaya (MSSV), Nagaon, Assam:

Name of the posts : Professor 

Professor : Economics, Performing Arts, Philosophy, Social Work, Sociology and Yogic Science & Naturopathy

Associate Professor : Economics, Performing Arts, Philosophy, Social Work, and Yogic Science and Naturopathy.

Assistant Professor (Regular basis) : Economics, English, Performing Arts (Dance/Drama/Music), and Applied Psychology.

Qualifications :  as per the UGC norms, In case of Assistant Professor (Regular basis) candidates with Ph.D. along with NET/SLET shall be preferred.

Application Fees : Candidate are required to pay an amount of Rs. 2,000.00 (Rupees two thousand) only for teaching post by demand draft in favour of “REGISTRAR, MAHAPURUSHA SRIMANTA SANKARADEVA VISWAVIDYALAYA” payable at “State Bank of India, Nagaon Main Branch (IFSC: SBIN0000146)” or Cash at Accounts Branch of the University as an application fees for the post.
