The National Institution for Transforming India is the premier policy Think Tank of India which is engaged in a number of transformational initiatives as a catalyst and an accelerator of change across sectors in partnership with Central Ministries and the State Governments. The three broad working areas of NITI Aayog are given below

Name Of the Posts : 

1. Young Professional
No Of posts : 60 nos

Qualification : Master’s Degree in the areas listed in Annexure-I or BE/B.Tech or 2 years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA. 

Age Limit : 32 years

Experience : Minimum of one year of work experience relevant to the job description. The broad work experience will be based on the functional areas assigned to NITI Aayog. Preference will be given to persons with work experience in the relevant field supported by published work/ policy papers/ appraisal/ monitoring of projects & schemes etc.

Method of recruitment : Contract Based through Open Market
Period of Contract : For a period of 2 years.
Remuneration (per month) : Rs 60,000/- (Fixed) (Inclusive of Taxes)

2. Innovation Lead (Atal Innovation Mission)
No Of posts : 12 nos

Qualification : Master’s Degree in Science/Technology/Computer/Applications/Economics/ Statistics/Mathematics/Commerce/Management/Law/Communication  Development /Journalism /Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology/ CA, CS, ICWA. 

Age Limit : 45 years

Experience : Minimum 3 years of work experience in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, business, Financial/Business Management, analytical work. 

Method of recruitment :  Contract Based through Open Market
Period of Contract : For a period of 3 Years.
Remuneration (per month) : Rs 80,000 to 1,45,000/-

3. Monitoring & Evaluation Lead (Development Monitoring & Evaluation)
No Of posts : 10 nos

Qualification : Master’s Degree in Science/Technology/Computer/Applications/Economics/ Statistics/Mathematics/Commerce/Management/Law/Communication Development/ Journalism/Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology/ CA, CS, ICWA. 

Age Limit : 45 years

Experience : Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in monitoring and evaluation, conducting household surveys, statistical analytical work, and business management. Project appraisal or programme/Policy research would be an added advantage. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft office.
